It all begins with an idea.

What if you could pause, zoom out, and look at your whole story — not to pathologize it, but to make sense of it?

The Atlas of You is a structured coaching experience that helps you understand your emotional patterns, relational roles, identity themes, and inner blocks — and then create a personalized plan to move forward with intention.

The Atlas of You began as an idea to help people jump start their healing journey — especially those who feel overwhelmed by therapy or unsure where to begin.

As a therapist, I’ve seen how many people long for clarity, but feel stuck circling the same patterns, unsure what’s actually going on or what kind of support they need. Traditional therapy can be powerful — but it can also be slow, open-ended, and hard to navigate at first.

I wanted to create something that offered a different entry point:
A way to map someone’s inner world — their story, patterns, strengths, emotional themes, and stuck points — so they could see the big picture and know where to focus.

Think of it like seeing a naturopath or a primary care doctor. You don’t get surgery right away — you get a full picture of your overall health, and then a plan: what areas need support, what kinds of specialists could help, and what preventative care would serve you best.

That’s what The Atlas of You is.
A holistic, narrative-based snapshot of your psychological and emotional landscape — not as a diagnosis, but as a guide. A structured, coaching-based process that offers insight, clarity, and direction, so you can step into your next chapter more resourced and self-led.

Whether you go on to pursue therapy, coaching, bodywork, integration, or creative healing — this gives you a map to start with.

Coaching vs. Therapy: A Quick Note

The Atlas of You is a coaching-based self-discovery process. It is not therapy, and it is not a substitute for mental health treatment.

While I’m a licensed therapist, this offering is designed to support reflection, insight, and growth for people who are not currently in crisis or needing clinical care. There is no diagnosis, treatment, or medical documentation involved.
