about me
Hi, I’m Whitney. I’m a therapist, a story excavator, and the creator of The Atlas of You—a self-discovery experience for people who want to understand their inner world with more clarity, creativity, and self-compassion.
I’ve always taken the road less traveled. I believe we all carry a unique story inside us—one that deserves to be understood, honored, and, when needed, rewritten. My own path has been anything but linear, and it took me years (and a lot of therapy) to connect the dots in my own story. Now, I help others do the same—hopefully with fewer detours and more support.
I’m passionate about transformation—both inside and out. I have a deep love for design, real estate development, and reimagining spaces, which probably says a lot about how I approach therapy too. I see people like places: layered, shaped by history, full of potential, and worthy of care.
My approach blends attachment theory, systems thinking, narrative work, and emotional insight. I’m here for the big life transitions, the identity questions, the heartbreaks, the reinventions. I work with individuals, couples, and triads navigating grief, neurodivergence, non-traditional relationships, and the hard (but beautiful) work of becoming more fully yourself.
Outside of work, I live in Portland with two amazing partners, a very snuggly Italian greyhound, and two mischievous cats. We’re dreaming of a future in Paris filled with croissants, books, art, and slow mornings. I love to travel, eat good food, read, and learn constantly. I’m creative—but not always in the traditional paintbrush-and-pottery sense. My creativity lives in ideas, connections, spaces, and the way I help people see their lives in a new light.
If you're craving a therapeutic space that’s thoughtful, flexible, and genuinely human, you're in the right place. Let’s map your inner landscape—together.
