therapy

all the things

  • My approach is relational, reflective, and creative. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can breathe—where you’re met with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, not pressure or performance.

I don’t believe you need to be “fixed.” I believe you make sense.

Together, we explore how your experiences, relationships, and protective patterns have shaped you—and how you might begin to shift what no longer fits. If it’s a good fit, I may invite you to explore The Atlas of You—my guided therapy framework that weaves all of this together into a personalized and empowering journey.

I’m especially drawn to working with people who are navigating transitions, identity shifts, grief, or simply feeling untethered from themselves. I bring structure and insight to the process, offering reflections and tools to help you connect the dots and create momentum—without bypassing depth.

  • Therapy with me is a partnership—collaborative, transparent, and grounded in meaning. Our work is supported by The Atlas of You, a flexible framework we build together over time. It’s not a rigid program, but a living map of your story and growth.

    1. Intake & Mapping

We begin by exploring your history, identity, and therapeutic goals. You'll have the option to complete insight-based assessments (values, attachment style, personality, neurodivergence, etc.) to deepen our shared understanding.

    2. Illuminating & Naming

We identify key emotional patterns, nervous system responses, relational dynamics, and core needs. This gives us clarity and direction—and helps us create a shared language for your internal world.

    3. Co-Creating Your Atlas

Together, we build your personalized Atlas—a collection of visual tools, reflections, and maps (values, identity, parts work, family patterns, etc.) that help you make sense of your inner landscape.

    4. Ongoing Navigation

Sessions are responsive and alive. Some may be deep and reflective; others may offer psychoeducation, practices, or tools to integrate between sessions. Everything is designed to support your clarity, capacity, and self-leadership.

  • As part of our work, you may be invited to engage with creative tools that support deeper insight and lasting growth. These can include:

    ✦ Values Mapping

    ✦ Narrative Timelines

    ✦ Relationship Blueprints

✦ Family Roles & Generational Pattern Mapping

    ✦ Inner Parts Mapping

✦ Personality Assessments (Enneagram, MBTI, HSP, etc.)

✦ Written Reflections & Visual Summaries

✦ A personalized Atlas of You therapy portfolio

These tools are optional and collaborative—offered only when helpful to your process.

    • Are curious and open-hearted, even if uncertain or guarded

    • Want therapy that’s active, engaging, and personalized—not just talk

    • Value insight, structure, and frameworks to help make sense of your experience

    • Are willing to reflect between sessions, write, read, or try new tools

    • Feel ready to stop wandering in the dark and begin navigating with clarity and intention

    • Want to participate actively in your healing—not just receive advice

    • Identity exploration + life transitions

    • Queerness and nontraditional relationships (polyamory/ENM)

    • Grief, loss, and meaning-making

    • Complex family systems (narcissism, enmeshment, emotional immaturity)

    • Boundaries, people-pleasing, and self-worth

    • Neurodivergence (especially ADHD, masking, and sensory sensitivity)

    • Relationship dynamics, communication, and repair

  • I’m currently expanding my practice to include relationship therapy—working with couples and triads navigating challenges like communication breakdowns, emotional disconnection, shifting relationship agreements, or jealousy and trust ruptures. While I’m newer to this work in a professional sense, I bring years of experience supporting individuals through complex relational dynamics, identity development, and family systems work.

My approach is grounded in attachment theory, systems thinking, and emotional insight. I bring structure, reflection, and care to help all partners feel seen, understood, and engaged in a shared process of growth.

I use The Atlas of You framework to help relationships map out patterns, roles, communication styles, and shared values. I also draw from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support connection, repair, and emotional safety.

As a bi and poly person myself, I bring lived experience into this work—alongside clinical insight—to help support those in nontraditional or identity-expansive partnerships with nuance and care.

If you're curious whether this work is the right fit for your relationship, I offer a free consultation to explore that together.
